Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients: 

For 12 servings

  • 25g Palmania palmyra nectar
  • 170g tapioca flour
  • 100g mozzarella or/ and cheddar or/ and cottage cheese
  • 60ml cooking oil
  • 150ml milk/ whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 200 Celsius degree with rack in the lowest position
  • Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend them well
  • Butter 12-muffin tray with a brush (not compulsory but will be easier to take the breads out later) and pour the batter into the tray (max half of each muffin cup)
  • Bake in 20 minutes
  • Take the tray out, let it cool down a bit and take each cheese bread out of the tray
