Brazilian Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
For 12 servings
- 25g Palmania palmyra nectar
- 170g tapioca flour
- 100g mozzarella or/ and cheddar or/ and cottage cheese
- 60ml cooking oil
- 150ml milk/ whipping cream
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200 Celsius degree with rack in the lowest position
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend them well
- Butter 12-muffin tray with a brush (not compulsory but will be easier to take the breads out later) and pour the batter into the tray (max half of each muffin cup)
- Bake in 20 minutes
- Take the tray out, let it cool down a bit and take each cheese bread out of the tray
